Premier Training Bookings & Cancellations


General

Please note that your place on a course is not confirmed until a booking confirmation is issued by Premier Training Academy Limited (who shall hereinafter be referred to as Premier Training Services), please contact us if this is not received by email within 24 hours of booking your course online or by phone.

If you have to amend or cancel your course booking, we will always endeavour to be as fair and reasonable as possible, however, as our courses are sometimes fully booked months in advance and with candidates sometimes having to wait for availability, we ask you to appreciate our strict course amendment and cancellation policy stated below.

Payment

All Premier Training courses can be paid using one of the following payment methods,

  • (a) Debit/Credit Card payment – Accepted via Premier Training Services Website or by calling us on 0161 785 8800.
    Payments made by card, must be received in full at the time of booking. Premier Training Services can accept MasterCard, Maestro, JCB and Visa including Visa debit.

  • (b) Cheque and BACS payments – Premier Training Services bank account details are available upon request by calling us on 0161 785 8800

Please note if payment is not received in full as per the above, we will cancel your Premier Training Services course booking, and additional charges may apply.

Course Amendment And Cancellation Policy

Course Cancellations: Where mitigating circumstances dictate, Premier Training Services Ltd reserves the right to amend or cancel any scheduled course without giving prior notice, but will endeavour to inform delegates within 10 days prior to course commencement. Under these circumstances affected delegates and businesses are eligible for a full refund of all course fees paid to date relating to the cancelled course only, or alternatively a transfer to a later course date will be offered dependent upon place availability. Premier Training Services liability regarding remuneration for amended or cancelled course bookings is limited to course fees paid to date, and exclude any additional claims for losses or cost incurred by any affected delegates, employer or businesses.

Delegate Cancellations: To discuss or request the cancellation of a Premier Training Services course, please email sales@premtrain.co.uk or call us on 0161 785 8800, all cancellation requests must be made by an authorised person. The authorised person must be either the owner, director, and/or the registered person of the contact on the Premier Training Services course booking or related, and in some certain circumstance the delegate named on the training booking may also have authority to request cancellation.

All Premier Training Services course bookings (including practical only and exam only bookings) are subject to the following cancellation charges;

  • (a) If the course is cancelled 10 or more working days prior to the course date a £75.00+VAT administration fee will be charged per cancelled course and will be deducted from any refund requested, along with any necessary exam and publication fees where applicable.

  • (b) If the course is cancelled less than 10 but more than 5 working days prior to the course date 50% of the course price will be charged per cancelled course and will be deducted from any refund requested, along with any necessary exam and publication fees where applicable.

  • (c) If the course is unattended or cancelled less than 5 working days prior to the course date 100% of the course price will be charged per unattended/cancelled course and no refund will be issued.

Any refund requests must be made in writing and sent to sales@premtrain.co.uk by an authorised person as detailed above. All refunds issued will be processed in accordance with the above cancellation charges, and can take up to 20 working days to be processed from receipt of the written request.

Alternatively, for certain courses substitute delegates can (with the same terms and conditions applying) attend courses and thus avoid any cancellation charges. This option can be offered only once and we must be advised of your request to change your current delegate 10 working days or more prior to the course date, otherwise a £75.00+VAT charge is applicable if we are notified at late notice, or if more than one change of delegate is required prior to the course date. We require full substitute details prior to course commencement. Please call us on 0161 785 8800 to discuss this option.

Limitation Of Liability

Premier Training Services reserves the right to refuse training to any delegate(s) that knowingly breach any provision under the Health & Safety Act or fails to comply with any relevant and stipulated requirements, e.g. suitable clothing and equipment. The same applies to any delegate(s) who conduct themselves inappropriately with any offensive, disruptive or illegal activity. Under all such circumstances, delegates will be asked to leave the course with no refund being paid by Premier Training Services.

Premier Training Services will not be held responsible for:

  • ANY loss or damage to personal belongings.

  • ANY expenses incurred by delegates attending courses.

  • ANY damages incurred to your computer system whilst using our website.

All prices are correct at time of issue and Premier Training Services reserve the right to change them at our discretion.
