(Logic Certification)
The Periodic Inspection & Testing courses are held in Oldham ideally placed for Manchester, Salford, Greater Manchester, Stockport, Rochdale, Hyde, Ashton-Under-Lyne and all of Tameside.
This new qualification deals with the knowledge and practical requirements for those electrical installers who wish to be able to issue
Periodic Inspection Reports for Domestic Properties only. It does not deal with non domestic installations or 3 phase systems.
Candidates will be expected to be practising electricians or hold as a minimum a Full Scope electrical qualification and have some experience of inspecting,
testing and issuing electrical installation certificates.
- The course will cover the following subject areas
- Current legislation and standards
- Landlords Requirements
- Essential safety including safe isolation
- Inspection before work commences
- Testing of the circuits within a domestic situation
- Certification according to BS7671 and GN3
Upon successful completion of both written and practical assessments the candidate will be issued a certificate and ID card
by Logic Certification.
