The 4-week Beginners Electrical courses are held in Oldham ideally placed for Manchester, Salford, Greater Manchester, Stockport, Rochdale,
Hyde, Ashton-Under-Lyne and all of Tameside.
This 4-week Beginners Electrical course is aimed at those wishing to begin a new career in the electrical industry.
The first 2-weeks are spent in our training centre in Oldham followed by a 2-week break.
Then back at our training centre for another 2-weeks.
This 4-week course has been designed to provide electrical knowledge and practical skills for candidates to enable them to carrying out domestic electrical installation work for
compliance with Part P of the Building Regulations and to be able to carry out Portable Appliance Testing.
On successful completion of the 4-week course and all examinations and assessments the candidate will achieve the following industry-recognised
qualifications:
City and Guilds 2377 Portable Appliance Testing
City and Guilds 2382 17th Edition Wiring Regulations
City and Guilds 2392 Fundamental Inspection and Testing
City and Guilds 2393 Certificate in Building Regulations
EAL Certificate for Domestic Electrical Installers (Part P)
The Electricity at Work Regulations 1989
