Portable Appliance Testing ( PAT )

This course is aimed at all personnel inspecting and testing electrical equipment and covers the recording, interpretation of results and the labelling of equipment.

A City & Guilds Certificate for the Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment will be awarded to those candidates who successfully complete a 1-hour multiple-choice examination at the end of the electrical training course.

Note: If you have little or no experience in inspection & testing procedures it is recommended that you attend a 2-day Inspection & Testing of Electrical Equipment course. This course includes 1-day practical testing of various appliances.
